Our KIDS Onboarding process is fondly referred to as GET Onboard. GET being an acronym for:
GUIDE – Get connected to your KIDS City or Circle Leader to GUIDE you through the first three weeks of your journey.
EQUIP – On this training platform you will find different courses to equip you for this ministry.
TRAIN – You will be invited to a six week online coaching training session with Karen and other leaders.
