Here you’ll find training options for all Doxa Deo Kids Leaders.
Our KIDS Onboarding process is fondly referred to as GET Onboard.
GET being an acronym for:
GUIDE – Get connected to your KIDS City or Circle Leader to GUIDE you through the first three weeks of your journey.
EQUIP – On this training platform you will find different courses to equip you for this ministry.
TRAIN – You will be invited to a six week online coaching training session with Karen and other leaders.
By the end of this onboarding process, you will:
- Understand who Doxa Deo Kids is and how we work.
- Understand children and their needs.
- Understand how we incorporate the Doxa Deo mandate throughout our ministry.
- Understand what is expected of you regarding leadership, management, ministry, and continuous growth.
- Understand our lesson structures and be able to relay the information with confidence.
- Know how to approach recruiting, equipping, and releasing your partner leaders.
- Know how to set up a Sunday Runsheet and a service roster.
- Know how to set up and manage a budget and resources.
- Understand the importance of teamwork and leading up.
- Understand the importance of the follow-up and integrating process.
- Know how to cast vision to parents, leaders, and your campus team.
- Understand our Kingdom vision and discipleship processes.
