OUR PROCESS

Our KIDS Onboarding process is fondly referred to as GET Onboard.

GET being an acronym for:

GUIDE – Get connected to your KIDS City or Circle Leader to GUIDE you through the first three weeks of your journey.

EQUIP – On this training platform you will find different courses to equip you for this ministry.

TRAIN – You will be invited to a six week online coaching training session with Karen and other leaders.

What you will learn

Understand who Doxa Deo Kids is and how we work.
Understand children and their needs.
Understand how we incorporate the Doxa Deo mandate throughout our ministry.
Understand what is expected of you regarding leadership, management, ministry, and continuous growth.
Understand our lesson structures and be able to relay the information with confidence.
Know how to approach recruiting, equipping, and releasing your partner leaders.
Know how to set up a Sunday Runsheet and a service roster.
Know how to set up and manage a budget and resources.
Understand the importance of teamwork and leading up.
Understand the importance of the follow-up and integrating process.
Know how to cast vision to parents, leaders, and your campus team.
Understand our Kingdom vision and discipleship processes.
